Aluminium and stainless steel welding assemblies

Experience in welding aluminium and stainless steel (SS) and in component manufacturing. Welding aluminium and stainless steel requires considerably more from the methods and operators than joining basic steel. We master these processes with the help of modern equipment and solid production experience. We also use a MIG robot welding cell and friction stir welding (FSW) to support the efficiency of aluminium production. 

We design the jigs needed for welding and auxiliary tools that speed up welding work according to customer requirements and products. Our production uses various rotating and lifting tables, which we can utilise even for large pieces. 

• MIG welding: Particularly in larger structures and component manufacturing, where speed and penetration are required. 

• TIG welding: For thinner materials or applications requiring extreme precision and a visually perfect seam. 

• FSW (friction stir welding): When wide profile fields are required and perfection is demanded in terms of strength
