The bending machine is optimised according to the size and thickness of the pieces in production.
Accuracy and professionalism are important parts of a high-quality bending process.
Laser-cut precision sheet metal parts are shaped using our modern press brakes, which can bend pieces up to 8 metres long with a force of 750 tonnes. We have press brakes for pieces of various sizes and shapes, depending on the needs of production. Bending production is supported by a mangle for rotating pieces, which is 1.5 metres wide.
- Our bending capacity is coordinated with our laser cutting services, ensuring a seamless chain from sheet metal parts to weld-ready part.
- Automated production steps ensure that every part is identical in series production. Skilled personnel with long-term experience in bending improve the quality of the welded assembly and provide additional capacity.
- The dimensions of the bending machines range from one metre to eight metres, allowing the most efficient bending press to be selected for blanks of different sizes.
